Property Watch

Winter or Summer (26 weeks) = $726

We offer a complete property watch. Every week we check the interior of your home, cabin or seasonal residence and any outbuildings. We then provide a visual check of the exterior of your buildings as well as the entire property. After each visit you will receive a detailed report, complete with photos and comments of any non-urgent problems, and a call immediately for any urgent problem.

OTHER PERKS INCLUDED

Problem Program: If a problem is discovered we will be there to make sure everything gets repaired properly. We will call, meet, and work directly with the contractor to make sure the job gets done. We make sure you are fully informed of the situation and you stay updated along the way.
Services Needed: We have solid relationships with many of the local services including but not limited to, heating, plumbing, window and construction repair, snow removal, tree service, lawn care and much more. When your property has a need or issue we will get you connected with a trusted company that will get the job done right.
Emergency Calls, Storm Checks and Wild Animal Incidents: In the event of severe storms, bear/animal damage or an alarm/intruder condition on your property we will dispatch to your property and assess the situation while working with the proper local authorities if necessary. During all home checks a body camera is worn so any evidence or proof of discovery of crime or insurable event will be video documented.

Worry Stop Checks

For our enrolled properties we will make a special visit to your property per your request to investigate a situation or make sure appliances are off, doors are locked, garage doors closed, the garbage can was brought in – or any of those things you think about after you have left or notice on your security cameras. We will make sure you have nothing to worry about.

Visit Prep

$25-$35 + snow removal cost

Planning on making a quick visit or early return to your property? For our enrolled properties we can turn up the heat, clear any snow from sidewalks, decks or entries. We make sure your property is ready for you when you arrive including heat, appliances, lights of your choice and clear entries. Come back to a property that is fully ready for your arrival.

Snow Removal

$60-$90 per snow event*

We are partnered with two reputable snow removal companies that will keep your driveway and sidewalks open per our direction. This is not only very convenient but keeps the property looking active and deters criminal activity. This also keeps access clear for fire and emergency vehicles that is a requirement of many Minnesota Insurance companies.
